Operant Partners is an operational advisory firm based in McKinney, Texas, working with a small number of growth companies at a time.
It's led by founder Erik Woodward — an engineer by training and an operator by trade — who has spent two decades running capital-intensive operations in energy, industrial, and climate-tech, most recently as a growth-stage COO.
Our edge is a combination rarely found in one place: the engineering rigor to fix operations at the root, and the executive judgment to build teams, systems, and P&L discipline that outlast our tenure. When a mandate calls for more hands, we draw on a trusted network of senior operators and functional specialists.
